USUARIO OPERADOR DE ZONA FRANCA BENEFICIO E INTERÉS COLECTIVO (hereinafter CORFERIAS), taking into account that you or the company you represent wish to receive commercial information of one or some of the fairs or events organized by CORFERIAS, it is necessary to register some personal data of your own or of the company you represent, which will be required later, so your consent is required for the processing of said information, consent that CORFERIAS understands is granted freely and spontaneously and informed with the completion and sending of this form, and consequently authorizes CORFERIAS to collect the personal data provided and to keep them for treatment in accordance with the Personal Data Policy of CORFERIAS and this authorization, in order to use them for: i) the reservation or advice on the purchase of services provided by CORFERIAS in the organization or development of a fair or event. ii) the promotion, marketing, advertising and information of commercial activities, promotional of services or events, fairs to be developed in the Fairground of CORFERIAS, by sending MSM message, email or telephone contact.

CORFERIAS understands that, by accepting and sending this form, you have informed and brought to the attention of the personnel in your charge (employees, contractors, dependents or subordinates) the purposes of this authorization, as well as the place of consultation of the Personal Data Policy of CORFERIAS.

The authorization that I grant through this document does not entitle CORFERIAS to assign, transfer and/or transmit personal data to third party recipients of the same, in Colombia or abroad.

You as the owner of the personal data provided are assisted by the rights set forth below, which can be exercised before CORFERIAS in accordance with article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, rights that correspond to: i. Know, update and rectify personal data in front of Corferias; ii. Request proof of the authorization granted; iii. Be informed by Corferias, upon request, of the use that has been given to the data; iv. File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for infractions of this Law; v. Revoke the authorization and / or request the deletion of the data when the principles, rights and constitutional and legal guarantees have not been respected.
